9+ years of hands-on engineering
Sigma Tex Engineering was established on 1 July 2017 with a simple aim: to give customers lifts and material-handling equipment that are engineered properly, installed carefully and looked after for the long term.
Our work spans passenger and building lifts, stainless steel and glass elevators, goods and hydraulic lifts, cranes and hoists, and industrial safety fencing. Because the company is led by a mechanical engineer, every job starts with the fundamentals — loads, clearances, structure and safety — before anything is fabricated or installed.
We serve residential societies, bungalows, commercial buildings, hospitals, factories, warehouses and cold storages across Pune and Maharashtra, and we stay with our customers after hand-over through maintenance contracts and breakdown support.

A mechanical engineer by training, Mr. Kharat has spent 20 years designing and delivering material-handling systems — goods lifts, EOT cranes, conveyors and special-purpose machines — as well as industrial and terrace sheds.
He founded Sigma Tex Engineering in 2017 and still leads every project personally, from the first site survey and design through installation, testing and after-sales support. That hands-on approach, backed by deep engineering know-how, is the foundation of the company's commitment to precise design, quality workmanship and safe, reliable operation.
